I look back at my decades perusing Amish country and I've captured many images. I also attempt be respectful and balance the needs of readers with the desire for privacy by my Amish friends.  There are so many photos over the years that I haven't taken, but they are indelibly stamped in my mind. Here's to the years ahead bringing plenty of fresh photos and new memories. In the meantime, though, enjoy these old favorites. I never really get tired of looking at them!
I just like this photo from the Amish village of Charm in rural Holmes County, Ohio....the horses, the trees, the farmhouses, so much is captured in one serene image...
This will always be a photo favorite of mine. We were in the snowy Conewango Valley of New York, high up on a hill...we heard a buggy clattering by and my wife turned around got this great shot...
