I hope everyone's bellies are full and you're got family and friends to hang out with. Â I wanted to share a few Friday favorites, though,to help use up holiday leftovers and a couple of other fun posts.

I like to make fried potato cakes and potato soup out of my leftover mashed potatoes. In fact, I made more than I needed yesterday, just so I can make soup tonight. It is cooling as I type this.. hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving Kevin.
