    Guess My Father's Supper

    Published: Oct 8, 2015 · Updated: Oct 8, 2015 by Kevin Williams | 11 Comments

    By Kevin Williams

Okay, so my parents took a little road trip yesterday. I love local food traditions and recipes.  They really are one of the few unfiltered prisms that one can use to study rapidly disappearing local flavors.    Yesterday, my parents were exploring an interesting area of the country.   Can you tell just by this meal where they were?   Can anyone guess what dish this is my father is eating?  And, then, if you know what he is eating can anyone make the leap as to where he was eating?  It’ll be fun to see who gets the closest geographically.  Answer tomorrow!:)Dadsupper

Never had a hot brown, but it looks like a skillet breakfast with cheese grits on the side!
Whatever it is, I'd love one right now for dinner!
