Guess Where This Photo Was Taken

Guess where this photo was taken?

And even if you guess correctly, I won't be able to tell you, because I don't know! I was going through my files today and I found this shot from 2012. And for the life of me I just can’t place the location.  So we’ll see how thorough our audience is.  I think for you to guess accurately where this photo was taken you’d have to know this EXACT spot.  Is it possible someone here could know? Absolutely! We have readers all over Amish country and someone might recognize the blue buildings and tin roofs in the background  (why is the plural of hoof hooves and the plural of roofs isn't rooves?). I’m just racking my dead brain (not enough sleep lately, I feel like if I were a bit more mentally sharp today I might...might...remember) to figure out where it was taken and I am coming up empty.  It’s a buggy and it’s in the middle of a town someplace, which in itself should narrow it down.  It’s during winter, you can tell by the trees and the blankets in the buggy.  It looks like a very “plain” conservative buggy but beyond that, I am stumped!
