1 cup chopped celery
1 /2 cup chopped onion
1 /2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 /4 cup butter or oleo
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1 /4 cups chicken gravy
8 cups dry bread cubes
Cook celery, onions, and poultry seasonings in butter until vegetables are tender. Add soup. Mix lightly with bread crumbs. Makes about 4 cups stuffing or enough for a 5 to 6 pound bird.
