Plane True: Our Most Read Post.....Drum Roll..,,

    Published: May 14, 2013 · Updated: Feb 2, 2021 by Kevin Williams | 3 Comments

We've discussed a gazillion Amish and Plain-related topics on this site over the years from cooking and baking to beard-cutting and laundry days.  So which post, out of all of the ones on here, has been read the most?  It was posted not even a year ago, which makes the numbers that much more incredible (cuz this site has been around awhile!).  It wasn't a horribly written post, but it wasn't terrible either.  I won't claim credit for my harmonious prose pulling the people in,however.  I think it more has to do with the generic nature of the topic sucking in search engines.  But, anyway.  the post is not about what you might think, and it certainly isn't what I would have thought, especially for a website that skews towards food topics....but the numbers don't lie.  It's not even close:  this is the most read post on this website over the past couple of years.

When we were able to have Air Shows in Goshen, Ind. we had a lot of Amish visitors . They come to see the stunt planes and acrobatics, and of course the Fireworks after dark. They also took helicopter rides, it was a 20 minute ride around the area.

Ha ha! Figures. Maybe we could branch of into a discussion of airline food.

Kevin, I have read every post that you've ever done, and I cannot remember ever reading this. Too funny!
