    Preview Post: Amish Calendar

    Published: Nov 6, 2014 · Updated: Nov 7, 2014 by Kevin Williams | Leave a Comment

clarkcalendarI was so excited when I saw this Amish calendar.  This is one of the gorgeous photos from a previous calendar (apparently they do one each year).  I'm not going to say a lot about in this post, because next week we'll have a full-feature story about this and how it came about.  Amish-themed calendars from Ohio or Pennsylvania are a dime a dozen, but Clark, Missouri?  This is a sizable Amish community in the Show-Me-State and there is an affordable calendar with pictures of Amish life through all seasons.  You can order your calendar for $12 (believe me, this is a bargain, but more about that in the next post).  Click here to order your calendar!  This post is sponsored by Country Life 101, but even if they weren't sponsoring it, I'd still be gushing over the calendar. I know, I know, I said it twice already, but more next week!:)

    Hi There, I'm Kevin!

Welcome to Amish365, where I share my knowledge of Amish cooking and culture! I’ve spent almost three decades exploring Amish settlements and kitchens from Maine to Montana and almost everywhere in between. I’ll occasionally throw in stories of my travels, journalism adventures (I’m a Pulitzer prize-nominated journalist), fascination with grocery stores and Kmarts, and much more!
