    Random Recipe: Amish Barbecued Pork Chops

    Pork chops are popular in Amish kitchens, this is a recipe from an Amish woman in Indiana. Enjoy!

    AMISH BARBECUE CHOPS

    8 pork chops
    1 c. ketchup
    1 can celery soup
    ½ c. chopped onion
    1 or 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Mix the ketchup, celery soup, chopped onion and Worcestershire sauce together and pour over the pork chops in a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.Related Recipe:  Anna Bontrager's Baked & Barbecued Chops
