This is today's random recipe: Hamburger Egg Casserole. I've had dishes like this before and it, well, I love them. I think eggs and hamburger are a great combination and with the flavor and spices and bread you get pure amazingness!
I actually think I tried this very supper once at an Amish home years and years ago, back in the 1990s. I wish I had tested this myself before posting or had someone else, but I have so much other stuff to post in the weeks ahead that I just wanted to share this before forgetting.
The instructions on this recipe are pretty straightforward: mix everything together and plop into a casserole. There's no layering of bread or even saving the cheese for the top, according to the instructions. It's just one giant "mix meal" which, for me, would be awesome. I love those types of meals. If someone makes this, maybe you could share some photos with us. And note the instructions about putting the casserole in a pan of water while baking, that'll keep the bread and egg from drying out too much while baking. So, enjoy!

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 slices of cheese, cut-up
