    How much milk is needed in this recipe for Daniel’s waffles? It says 1-1/1 cups.

    Kevin I copied the Best Meat Loaf recipe. I went to my notes and it is some how gone. It is the recipe that puts BBQ sauce on bottom.
    I hope you are able to find without trouble that recipe. If I requesting a needle in a hay stack then let it go.

    This sounds really good. One major difference between it and my recipe is that I separate the eggs. Beat the whites till stiff peaks form and gently fold into the batter. Makes a huge difference in the texture. Outside will be super crispy and the middle will remain soft.

    Just a thought. I’m not waffle fan but if you are, Check local thrift stores. I saw 2 still in original package less than $5
    Seems there’s always a few ,waffles must not be popular in Michigan
