MeeMaw's Double Crunch Onion Rings: I got some onion rings are Burger King recently and, dang, they were so stingy with them. The onion rings were tiny and the container was about half full. No, if I am going to get onion rings, I want big, crunchy rings.
These look pretty perfect!

Cheryl McNulty Amish Art: Ah, the next best thing to comfort food during a pandemic? Comfort creations. I was hoping Cheryl would start a new one, and she has. Dessert Recipes From Lehman's: Lehman's is that mainstay of Ohio's Amish country and off-the-grid survivalists. I could - and have - spend hours aimlessly wandering the aisles of this amazing and sprawling hardware/home store in Kidron, Ohio. You do get a good mix of customers there, from local Amish browsing for essentials to the survivalists to the tourists. The company founder's granddaughter posted several amazing-sounding dessert recipes from a recent Lehman's cookbook. Click here for three sweet treats, wow, the carrot cake looks superb.
