Sweet Amish Potato Salad
A simple crunchy creamy Amish Potato Salad

- 6 cups potatoes diced
- 6 eggs
- 1 /4 medium onion chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 /4 cup milk
- 1 scant tablespoon mustard
- 1 /4 cup vinegar
- 1 1 /4 cup white sugar
- 3 /4 cup cut-up celery
- 1 1 /2 cups of salad dressing
Cook potatoes in skins, not quite soft.
Chill till cold. Put through salad maker.
Mash boiled eggs with potato masher.
Add cut-up celery as you like.
Mix dressing and mix with potato salad.
