Quick and Shlick Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • ¾    cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup instant Clear Jel   
  •  ½ teaspoon salt 
  •  2 to 3 cups heavy cream
  •   1 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 1 quart frozen, chopped strawberries
  • whole milk

Instructions
 

  • Stir the sugar, Clear Jel, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the cream, and stir vigorously.
  • Add vanilla, strawberries, and mix well.
  • Pour into a six quart freezer.
  • Add whole milk to ice cream mixture until freezer is four inches form full.
  • Freeze until thickened and soft frozen.
