Ingredients

cornstarch

lemon juice

all-purpose flour

packed brown sugar

white sugar

teaspoon
salt

cup
cold butter
Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
Grease an 8" square baking dish.
Place the fruit into the greased baking dish.
Add the white sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon on top.
.
Stir and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt.
Cut in butter using your fork or your hands until you get coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Bake about 35 - 40 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
