Easy and Delicious Amish Oven-Fried Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
  

  • plain dried bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 6 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk (1% fat)
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • On sheet of wax paper combine bread crumbs, parsley and paprika; set aside.
  • Dip each drumstick in buttermilk, then dredge in crumb mixture, coating all sides.
  • Arrange drumsticks on non-stick baking sheet; drizzle with oil.
  • Bake until cooked through 25 to 30 minutes.
