- 3 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 stick butter, melted
Makes 12 biscuits
Preheat oven to 400 and grease baking sheet or use parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients, then add buttermilk and melted butter, mix until just combined, then knead with hands into a uniform dough.
Drop onto greased baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 min.
