Amish Pineapple Cake
with delicious cream cheese frosting!

- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 1 pound 4 ounce can pineapple chunked
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup walnut pieces
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ¼ pound butter
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and can of pineapple (not drained).
Add eggs, vanilla and nuts.
Pour into baking pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
For the frosting, mix ingredients well and spread over cooled cake.
