Ingredients
  

  • 1 /2 cup shortening
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1 /2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 /4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 /2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini-marshmallows
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions
 

  • Instructions
  • Mix first 7 ingredients and press into a 9 X 13” pan.
  • Sprinkle with nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Fold in brown sugar.
  • Spread on top.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes.
