Ingredients

pork
or 1 lb pork plus ¾ lb venison

teaspoon
ground mustard

teaspoons
salt
1 ¼
teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
ground sage

tablespoon
brown sugar
a pinch of red or cayenne pepper
Instructions
Mix together and use as you would any sausage. This can also be mixed and frozen ahead of time for your convenience.
