Cool Cocoa Creme Pie
a cool, creamy, refreshing pie that isn't too rich

- ½ cup cocoa
- 1 /3 cup cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 1 /4 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
- 3 tablespoons butter
Combine cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
Gradually blend milk, beat, stir constantly till it boils.
Boil one minute and remove from heat.
Add butter and vanilla.Pour into baked pie crust.Cover and chill.Top with whipped topping and serve.
