Refreshing Mint-Ginger Summer Spritzer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • cup sugar
  • 3 tbl fresh ginger, sliced &peeled
  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup grape juice

Instructions
 

  • Simmer ginger, sugar, and water together for 5 minutes.
  • Add several sprigs of mint tea and let set around an hour.
  • Remove mint and refrigerate till ready to use.
  • Place 1 cup ice cubes in each of 3 glasses.
  • Take 1 unpeeled wedge lime, give it a little squeeze, and toss in each glass.
  • Next add 1 mint leaf, crushed, and 1 cup sparkling white grape water, and 2 tablespoons sugar/ ginger mixture.
