Amish One-Dish Meal
a delicious, hearty one-pot wonder!

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 pound 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 10 ounce can tomato soup
- ΒΌ cup water
Peel and slice potatoes.
Place half of slices in a 2 quart casserole.
Add beef, salt, pepper, onion, and beans.
Arrange remaining potatoes on top.
Combine soup and water and spoon over all.
Cover and bake 1 1 /2 hours in 350 degree oven.
