Amish Caramelized Baked Apples

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 apples
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions
 

  • Peel and core apples, cut in slices and place in a 9 by 9 inch pan.
  • Place remaining ingredients in a saucepan,bring to a boil.
  • Simmer a few minutes until thickened.
  • Bake at 350 for 30-45 or until apples are soft.
  • Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
