Delicious Amish Cheese Ball
This is a simple classic that is perfect for parties or potlucks. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. Feel free to swap out walnuts for pecans!
Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce blocks cream cheese
- 1 8 oz package Cheddar cheese1
- 1 /2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/ 2 teaspoon onion salt
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 Tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
- ¼ cup parsley flakes
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cheeses together.
- Then add rest of ingredients except for parsley flakes and nuts.
- Shape into a ball.
- Roll in parsley flakes and nuts.
