Decadent Amish Chocolate Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 cups sour milk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 /2 cup cocoa
- 2 1 /4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Instructions
- Beat eggs until light.
- Add milk.
- Sift flour with baking powder, cocoa, salt and sugar.
- Beat flour mixture into egg and milk mixture.
- Add melted butter
- . Beat until smooth. Make in hot iron pan.
- Serve with hot maple syrup and sausage
