Amish Cracker-Coated Baked Chicken
This is an easy, perfect Sunday dinner type recipe, or for an easy meal anytime. The cracker crumbs give the chicken a super crunchy coating.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 /2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 stick of melted butter
- 6 chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Mix saltine crumbs with seasoning.
- Dip chicken in melted butter and then roll in crumbs.
- Put chicken on foil covered cookie sheet for 20 minutes
- bake until golden and crisp
