Potato Ranch Casserole
This is a delicious, hearty recipe that can be served meatless as a side, as a vegetarian main dish, or add ground beef and make it a meal! Great for potlucks or carry-ins!

Ingredients
1 lb. Diced ham or browned hamburger

cup
cup chopped onions
1 cans cream of mushroom soup*
1 2 quart cooked and shredded potatoes
1
cup
sour cream
1
cup
Ranch dressing
½
pound
mozzarella cheese (or any kind of your choice)
½
pound
fried and crumbled
Instructions
Mix all but last two ingredients together.
Place in a roaster, bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top,
return to oven until cheese has melted.
