Sweet Amish Potato Salad

A simple crunchy creamy Amish Potato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups potatoes diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 /4 medium onion chopped fine
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 /4 cup milk
  • 1 scant tablespoon mustard
  • 1 /4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1 /4 cup white sugar
  • 3 /4 cup cut-up celery
  • 1 1 /2 cups of salad dressing

Instructions
 

  • Cook potatoes in skins, not quite soft.
  • Chill till cold. Put through salad maker.
  • Mash boiled eggs with potato masher.
  • Add cut-up celery as you like.
  • Mix dressing and mix with potato salad.
