Homemade Banana Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 4-5 bananas sliced
  • Jello Simply Good banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 16 oz. heavy whipping cream
  • ΒΌ-1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with vanilla wafers, then layer sliced bananas over the cookies.
  • Prepare pudding according to package directions and spread pudding on top of banana layer.
  • Add another layer of vanilla wafers and another of bananas.
  • Using a hand mixer, mix cream, vanilla, and sugar to taste, together until peaks form.
  • Spread on top of banana layer and top with a couple sliced bananas and a few crumbled wafers. Enjoy!
