- 16 oz cream cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tortilla shells
- 1 pack little smokies
- 1 lb sausage, browned
- 1 1 /2 lb shredded cheese
- 1 doz scrambled eggs
- 1 1 /2 cup cooked, shredded potatoesÂ
Brown sausage with onion.
Mix sour cream and soup together, putting a layer on the bottom of the dish.
Cover with a layer of tortilla shells.
Put eggs, potatoes, meat and half of cheese in layers on top of shells.
Add another layer of soup, then more shells.
Top with rest of cheese.
Bake at 350 for 40-60 minutes.
