Amish Leftover Turkey Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 cups turkey
  • 6 cups broth chicken, veggie, turkey, or a blend
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • ½ cup onions
  • 2 teaspoons poutry seasonings
  • `1 cup tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup noodles

Instructions
 

  • Shredor cut cup turkey. 
  • In a large pot, brown onion with olive oil or butter until onions are soft.
  • Add the rest of ingredients and cook on low for one or two hours. 
  • Add noodles in the last 20 minutes and cook until tender
