Emma Yoder's Molasses Ham Glaze
an easy Amish holiday ham favorite!
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark molasses
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water togther ,
Pour water and cornstarch mixture into small saucepan.
combine ingredients and bring to simmer,then turn off heat.
Brush onto freshly cooked ham and serve, or brush onto ham before baking for a thicker more caramelized glaze.
