Amish Salisbury Steak Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 /2 cup catsup
  • 1 /2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3 /4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound hamburger

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except hamburger until you get a smooth and well-combined sauce
  • Set sauce aside
  • Shape hamburger into patties and brown in a skillet.
  • Drain grease from burgers and then pour sauce over hamburgers and bake 30 to 40 minutesi at 350.
