Ingredients
  

  •   1     lb steak (flat iron, flank, ribeye, tip)·   
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  •  1 /2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ·     salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  •   Place steak in a large shallow dish.
  •    Add oil, mustard, brown sugar, and lots of salt and pepperthen rub into steak and marinate for 1-4 hours.
  • Let steak rest out of fridge for 10-15 minutes then heatgrill to high and grill to preferred doneness.
  • Let rest 5-7 minutes beforeserving.
