Creamy and Cheesy Chicken

White Wine Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole chicken breasts
  • 8 4 X 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 10 ¾ ounce can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • ¼ cup white wine or water
  • 1 cup herb stuffing mix (crushed)
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions
 

  • Split and debone breasts.
  • Place chicken in greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch dish.
  • Top with cheese. Combine soup and wine.
  • Spoon over chicken and then put the stuffing on top.
  • Drizzle butter over stuffing.
  • Bake at 350 for 45-50
