Easy Mexican Summer Corn Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups corn, drained and cooled
  • 1 /2 cup red pepper chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 /2 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika (optional)
  • 2 cups crushed chili-cheese Fritos

Instructions
 

  • Chop peppers.
  • Mix all ingredients except Fritos.
  • Chill for a couple of hours.  
  • When ready to serve, mix in the Fritos.
