corn, drained and cooled

red pepper

mayonnaise

green pepper
chopped

shredded cheddar cheese

lime juice
(optional)

Tajin seasoning
(optional)

teaspoon
Paprika
(optional)

crushed chili-cheese Fritos
Instructions
Chop peppers.
Mix all ingredients except Fritos.
Chill for a couple of hours.
When ready to serve, mix in the Fritos.
