Grandma Mary's Easy Italian Meatballs

An easy comfort food favorite!

Ingredients
  

  •  4  pounds ground chuck
  •   6 - 7   ounces parmesan cheese
  •            8 eggs
  • garlic salt to taste
  •  pepper to taste·
  • regular salt to taste
  •    1 /4   cup water
  •   1    cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped onion

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the above ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • preheat oven to 350
  • Shape into 54 medium-sized balls.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes at 350.
  • Simmer meatballs on the stove (low heat) for about 30 minutes in your favorite sauce, or several hours if using round steak in your sauce (see explanation above)
