Easy Amish Skillet Stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of bread, diced and toasted
  • 2 cups boned, diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. chicken base
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tsp. seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 5 to 6 cups milk (or as needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Toast anddice bread.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add milk.
  • Fry in small batches on medium heat until crisp.
