Amish Plum Pudding
A delicious twist on a holiday tradition!

- 2 packages of butterscotch pudding
- 1 pound of pitted prunes
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of English walnuts
- 4 cups of miniature marshmallows
Prepare pudding as directed on package. Cool.
Put prunes inenough water to cover in covered sauce pan.
Bring to a boil then remove fromheat and cool without removing lid.
Crush graham crackers and put ¾ of thecrumbs in bottom of large oblong dish. L
Layer prunes, marshmallows, nuts and pudding on top of graham crumbs.
Put remaining crumbs on top.
