Amish Plum Pudding

A delicious twist on a holiday tradition!

  • 2 packages of butterscotch pudding
  • 1 pound of pitted prunes
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of English walnuts
  • 4 cups of miniature marshmallows 


  • Prepare pudding as directed on package. Cool.
  • Put prunes inenough water to cover in covered sauce pan.
  • Bring to a boil then remove fromheat and cool without removing lid.
  • Crush graham crackers and put ¾ of thecrumbs in bottom of large oblong dish. L
  • Layer prunes, marshmallows, nuts and pudding on top of graham crumbs.
  • Put remaining crumbs on top.
