Delicious Dutch Meatloaf
a juicy version of an old favorite!

- 1 ½ pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs
- 1 medium-sized onion chopped
- ½ can tomato sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Sauce
- ½ can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar or molasses
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, tomato sauce, egg, and seasonings.
Form into a loaf.
Put the meatloaf into a baking dish and put into the oven.
Then mix up the sauce ingredients and about 45 minutes into baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven and pour the sauce over.
Bake for 30 more minutes.Serve over a bed of noodles and with some veggies on the side.
