Emma Lapp's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
  

  • 1 -1 pound can of salmon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3 /4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Dump all ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Shape into patties.
  • Brown both sides in a lightly greased skillet on medium heat before serving.
