Ingredients

-1 pound
can of salmon
1 egg

tablespoon
flour
3 /4
cup
cracker crumbs

teaspoon
chopped onion
1
tablespoon
of lemon juice

cup
milk
Instructions
Dump all ingredients into a large bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into patties.
Brown both sides in a lightly greased skillet on medium heat before serving.
