Quick Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 scant cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugars with oil, add eggs. Beat and add remaining ingredients. Press into ungreased 15 by 10 by 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Do NOT overbake.
