Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

  • 1 ¼ cup crushed, Oreocookies
  • ¼ cup butter, melted


  • 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip


  • Crust:Combine cookie crumbs and butter. Reserve ¾ cup crumbs for top. Press in botoomof 9x13 pan.


  •   Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and chocolate syrup until smooth.
    Dissolvecoffee in hot water and add to cream cheese mixture.
       Fold inCool Whip.
     Pour overcrust and sprinkle with remaining ¾ crumbs.  b
  • Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
