Delicious Cake-Mix Cupcakes
These take a box of cake mix to the next level!
Ingredients
- 1 bowl chocolate cake batter from scratch or cake mix
- 4 ounces cool whip
- ⅓ cup instant pudding
- a few drops mint flavoring
- a few drops green food coloring
Instructions
- After mixing up chocolate cake according to instruction, fill cupcake papers ¾ full with batter.
- Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
- .Whip all icing ingredients together then spread on cooled cupcakes.
- If desired place a mint candy on top.
