Amish Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  

Batter

  • 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoe
  • cup butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teas salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teas vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

Crumbs

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix sweet potatoes with softened butter, sweetener, and salt.
  • Beat eggs with vanilla and flour and mix into sweet potato mixture.
  • Pour into an 8 by 8 inch baking pan.
  • Mix up all crumb ingredients and sprinkle on top.
  • Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set.
