15-Minute Amish Skillet Chicken
A delicious, one-skillet meal full of flavor and color

- 1 (14.5 ounce) can green beans, drained
- 3 - 4 chicken breasts
- 1 (7 ounce) can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Place chicken skin side down in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Pour onion soup mix over chicken and spread it evenly.
Cook without moving 8 to 10 minutes, until skin is deep golden brown
.Add mushroom pieces.
Turn chicken over; reduce heat to medium, and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until deep golden brown.
Add green beans.continue cooking over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut (at least 165°F).
Remove skillet from heat, and transfer chicken to plate; cover and keep warm
