Easy Amish Bread Stuffing

Ingredients
  

  • 10 slices of bread, cubed
  • ⅔ cup cup hot chicken broth or bouillon
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • pinch or two of parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Layer bread in 2-quart baking dish.
  • Moisten each layer with broth and butter, until dish is full.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Add salt, pepper, and milk.
  • Pour over bread and sprinkle with parsley.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
