Unbelievable Nutty Bars
This is a delicious blend of peanuts, chia, craisins, sunflowers, and cashew tempered by the sweetness of chocolate and the protein of peanut butter!

- 1 ½ cup chocolate chips
- ¾ cup Rice Krispies
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup sunflower and or pumpkinseeds
- ½ cup cashew pieces
- ¼ cup craisins
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- kosher salt
Lightly grease a 9 X 13 pan
Spread chocolate chips on pan.
Bake at 300 for 5 minutes.
Smooth with a spoon.
Sprinkle Rice Crispies and chia seeds on top.
Set aside, melt peanut butter and honey over medium heat.
Pour evenly on top and gently spread over melted chocolate.
Sprinkle half of nuts on top, then seeds and craisins, followed by remaining nuts.
Gently roll with a pastry roller. Sprinkle with a bit of salt. Chill
