Herbed Potato Wedges

A simple, delicious way to make these spuds for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 teas. parsley
  • 1⁄2 teas. salt
  • 1⁄2 teas thyme
  • 1⁄2 teas. garlic powder
  • ½ teas seasoning salt1
  • 1⁄4 teas black pepper
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 5 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Peel or scrub potatoes and cutinto eighths length wise.
  • Place them in a 9 by 13 inchbaking dish.
  • Pour over the potatoes and stiruntil evenly covered, spreading into a single layer.
  • Sprinkle seasoning, cheese, andbacon over the potatoes.
  • Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and stir untilall wedges are well coated with butter again..
  • Return to oven and bake another30 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 4.
