Amish Dill Pickle Bread

No need to crack open a jar of pickles, just use this bread for a pickle-infused sandwich!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. pickle juice
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • Mix first eight ingredients well
  • Add the rest and mix.
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Butter 9"-x-5" loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • Bake until the bread is golden and a toothpick inserted into the middle of the loaf comes out clean about 45 minutes.
  • Cool completely before slicing.
